Welcome to Karuna Care. By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) and website (https://mykarunacare.com), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Platform
Karuna Care is a virtual community platform that allows users to:

• Purchase virtual coins (“Karuna Coins”) using real currency.

• Use these Karuna Coins exclusively within the App to send virtual stickers or gifts to live streamers.

• Browse and participate in live streams categorized by animal-related interests for enhanced user experience.

2. Nature of Karuna Coins

• Karuna Coins are virtual and have no monetary value outside the App.

• Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used for any purpose other than sending virtual stickers/gifts within the App.

• No refunds are provided for unused coins.

3. No Real Donations or Sales

• Karuna Care does not facilitate real donations, sales, or adoptions of live animals.

• All categories (e.g., gau dan, shvan sewa) are symbolic labels to help users navigate and find live streams related to specific animal themes.

• Any contribution by users through virtual coins is purely for virtual gifting and entertainment purposes only.

4. No Food Production or Distribution

• Karuna Care does not produce, prepare, sell, or distribute food for animals or humans.

• We do not handle physical feeding or delivery services.

• Hence, we are not required to hold an FSSAI license.

5. User Accounts

• Users must register with a valid mobile number.

• If an account with the same number already exists, the user is automatically directed to the Home screen.

• New users must provide basic details to create an account.

6. Use of the Wallet

• The in-app wallet is a Closed Wallet.

• Coins purchased are stored within this wallet and can only be used inside the Karuna Care App for virtual gifting.

• Coins cannot be used outside the platform, transferred to third parties, or withdrawn as cash.

7. Compliance
Karuna Care strictly prohibits using its payment gateway for any prohibited activities, including:

• Sale or adoption of live animals.

• Facilitating real monetary donations.

• Any other activity not explicitly permitted in these Terms. 

8. Amendments
Karuna Care reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or email.
