Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the use of Karuna Care and its mobile application. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Virtual Coins & Digital Purchases
Karuna Care allows users to purchase virtual coins (“Karuna Coins”) which can only be used within the platform for virtual gifting and entertainment purposes. These coins do not hold any real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

 

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made for Karuna Coins and other digital items on Karuna Care are final and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be provided for unused or partially used coins.

  • Coins cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another user.

  • Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases, change of mind, or inactivity of the account.

 

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

In case of failed payment transactions, duplicate payments, or coins not being credited despite successful payment, users may contact the support team with valid transaction details. After verification, eligible amounts may be refunded or credited back to the user’s wallet within 7–15 business days.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

As Karuna Care provides instant digital services and virtual products:

  • Orders or purchases cannot be cancelled once processed successfully.

  • Users are advised to review purchase details carefully before completing payment.

 

5. Account Suspension or Termination

Karuna Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found involved in fraudulent activities, abuse of payment systems, or violation of platform policies or applicable laws. In such cases, any remaining virtual coins or balances may be forfeited without refund.

 

6. Payment Gateway Issues

Refund timelines for failed or reversed transactions may vary depending on the user’s bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or payment gateway partner. Karuna Care shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

 

7. Changes to This Policy
Karuna Care may update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website/app and become effective immediately upon posting.
